I've been looking around a bit and there's a whole load of pointless @#%$ for homework. So here's a couple I think have a bit of depth:

Stick "Out of Order" signs on everything- ATMs, cash registers, real authentic looking ones. It will slow down consumerism and make people more distrustfull of autority

Do the same with road/bridge/multi level carparks

Steal all logos off cars, without discrimination. This may be easier in smaller cities. People pride themselves too much on the type of car they have. Also, for added fun, replace the logos of expensive cars with cheap ones, so poor people can drive a ferrari, rich people drive some cheap @#%$.

Glue the petrol tank on SUVs and convertables shut. By the time that they run out, they will be @#%$ ed. Cars are screwed anyhow.

Give details of drug dealers to the cops. Drugs stop people seeing the world for how screwed up it really is, and prevents change. Drugs are the opium of the people.

Shave your head or something and dress like a thug. Then go and be real nice and gentlemanly to everyone. Prove that looks mean nothing, and that judgement is wrong.
